Parcels are left at a relay point from Tuesday to Saturday.

- Hand delivery in Voiron (38500). Free delivery, every Wednesday afternoon
- Collection point (Grenoblois basin 38) at RC Auto Diffusion , 17 rue de comboire 38130 Échirolles. Free within 24/48 hours
- At a relay point via Mondial Relay , the delivery costs are €4.90 (Free from €79 purchase)
Belgium & Luxembourg :
- At a relay point via Mondial Relay , the delivery costs are €5.40 (Free for purchases over €100)
You will be able to choose your relay point after paying for your order .

JELISA BOUTIQUE accepts returns within 14 days if the items have not been used, modified, washed or otherwise handled. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Sale items are neither returned nor exchanged and cannot be the subject of a refund request.

Items cannot be returned to JELISA BOUTIQUE without the prior written consent of JELISA BOUTIQUE and are subject to return costs payable by you.
